Day 17 – Yoga
Yes, I still stink at yoga, but I’m getting better. Wendy picked up a yoga block for me and that helped tremendously. Rather than fall over constantly, I can stabilize on the yoga blocks and at least make a reasonable attempt at the current pose or sequence. It doesn’t make it easier, per se, but helps more with getting in the right position.
On a side note, yoga is the only workout where I feel like I have more energy after I’m done than before I started; that’s pretty cool.
