Day 26-27: Back on the horse
Shoulders and arms; love that workout. I’ve gone up in weight and reps again. Some of the exercises are awkward with the bands. Sometimes the clips for the handles rub your forearms. This is especially true when doing alternating overhead presses. They’re also a little weird when doing some of the curl exercises. You have to be bent over for some of them and they bands are just too too short to give a full range of motion when you’re in that position.
Last night was MS shot. Much better this time as compared to last, but I’m still a little too wrecked to go again tonight. This is probably a good opportunity to make the change to AM workouts. I’ll have to do it eventually for running. Let’s see how that goes. Stay tuned…
